She is a PhD-trained consultant specializing in applied research, stakeholder consultation, community engagement, policy development, and program evaluation, with a strong focus on creating innovative, community-centred and data-informed solutions. Stephanie has expertise in designing and leading projects addressing complex social and organizational challenges. She has extensive experience conducting qualitative and quantitative research, creating logic models/theory of change models, conducting needs assessments, and process, outcome and impact evaluations, conducting policy research and writing, facilitating interviews and focus groups, and developing survey and research instruments. Stephanie has experience working collaboratively with governments, community partners, public sector organizations, and communities to design and evaluate programs and initiatives, facilitate meaningful consultation processes, and support strategic decision-making that leads to measurable social impact. With experience translating complex research and community input into actionable policy and program recommendations, Stephanie is known for her collaborative approach, analytical insight, and ability to build trust across diverse stakeholder groups. Stephanie is committed to creating innovative, evidence-informed solutions. In particular, she is passionate about initiatives that promote safe, healthy, and connected communities for children and families. As a young mother of two, she brings both professional expertise and lived experience to her work. She understands the importance of policies and programs that create healthy communities and environments where families can thrive. Stephanie understands that real solutions are grounded in evidence and lived experiences. Approaching projects as a collaborative process, Stephanie works closely with clients, partners, and communities to incorporate practical knowledge and lived experience into her pursuit of finding the most meaningful and effective outcomes and solutions.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>Ryan Johnston began his career as a bridgeman and pile driver. Accumulating invaluable hands-on experience and knowledge of the industry, Ryan was promoted to President of West Coast Pile Driving in 2013. He has since led the company through significant growth and modernization, including the expansion of its fleet with Junttan and ABI piling rigs, as well as modern Kobelco and Liebherr crawler cranes. Ryan’s project experience includes major pipeline and civil infrastructure work across British Columbia, with Fortis LMIPSU, Trans Mountain, and Enbridge’s Aspen Point Project being among some of the most notable large-scale piling projects. In recognition of his leadership and industry impact, Ryan was named to On-Site Magazine’s 40 Under 40 in 2023.</image:caption>

      <image:caption>We worked collaboratively with the City of Burnaby to examine the need for and design of their newly implemented homelessness outreach program. The project included a comprehensive literature review and environmental scan to identify evidence-based and best practices in addressing homelessness and existing services in Burnaby, qualitative interviews with homelessness service providers and unsheltered and housing insecure individuals to identify gaps in services and perceptions of homelessness outreach, a program logic model, and an evaluation framework to examine the outcomes and impacts of the program.</image:caption>
